A. Acceptance of these terms
1.1 By registering with Fort McMurray Casino or placing a stake, you accept this agreement in full.
1.2 This agreement works alongside our Offer Rules, Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, Play Responsibly, Identity Checks and 19+ Policy pages.
B. Revisions
2.1 This agreement may be updated if legislation changes, or if our games or payment methods change. An updated version takes effect as soon as it appears on this page.
2.2 If a change affects you in a material way, we tell you by email or in your account before it takes effect. If you play after that point, you agree to the new version.
C. Games and fairness
3.1 Rules, paylines and payout tables are in the info panel of every title in Popular, Jackpots, Live Casino and the rest of the lobby.
3.2 RNG game outcomes are random and tested by independent labs (eCOGRA / GLI). Live Casino tables stream from studios where real dealers run every game, and the studio's recorded result is final.
3.3 Any play or payout affected by a malfunction is void. Stakes on voided rounds are returned to your balance.
D. Our liability
4.1 We accept no responsibility for losses resulting from internet outages, device faults or events beyond our reasonable control.
4.2 Where we are at fault, our responsibility is limited to the stake concerned. Any rights that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded stay in place.
E. Intellectual property
5.1 We or our game suppliers own the Fort McMurray Casino name, logo, site design and content. You may use them only for personal play on our site. Copying, scraping or reselling them is prohibited.
F. Who can play
6.1 Registration is limited to residents of Canadian provinces and territories that legally allow online casinos, and every account holder must have reached the age of 19. Full details are set out in our 19+ Policy.
6.2 We comply with Canadian anti-money-laundering, age verification and ID check requirements. We accept your first deposit once your ID and your location are verified. Full details are on the Identity Checks page.
G. Conduct we do not allow
7.1 The following break this agreement:
- Playing for another person or letting someone else use your account
- Collusion, bots, software that gives an unfair edge, or exploiting game faults
- Using stolen funds or another person's payment methods
- Abusive messages to our team
7.2 We can restrict or shut an account involved in any of these and withhold winnings gained through them.
H. Deposits and withdrawals
8.1 Every account balance is held in Canadian dollars (CAD). Deposits start from C$10.
8.2 You can deposit with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, Online Banking / Trustly, Paysafecard, Neosurf, Skrill or Neteller.
8.3 You can withdraw via Interac e-Transfer, Apple Pay, PayPal, Skrill or Neteller. The minimum per withdrawal is C$50, with a monthly limit of C$10 000.
8.4 We complete bank wire withdrawals within a maximum of 12 hours. For nearly all other payment methods, a requested withdrawal is completed within a 1 to 4 hour window.
8.5 We charge no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Card issuers and e-wallet providers may charge their own fees. All payment methods must be registered in your name.
I. Your account
9.1 Each person may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are closed, and any bonuses connected to them are cancelled.
9.2 Give accurate, up-to-date details when you register and tell us if they change. Keep your password private. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your login.
J. Applicable law
10.1 The laws in force in Alberta, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, govern this agreement and any dispute about it.
K. Complaints
11.1 Email [email protected] with a short description of the issue, the time and date it occurred, and your username. We confirm that your message has arrived, look into the matter and, once that check is finished, send our answer in writing.
L. Bonuses
12.1 Free spins, Promotions, Fort McMurray Rewards and VIP benefits are covered by our Offer Rules page, which forms part of this agreement.
