A. For Players Aged 19+

B. Our age checks

D. Filtering tools and parental controls

E. When we identify a minor

5.1 We close an account immediately if we discover the holder is under 19, or that a minor has been using an adult's account.

5.2 Any bet placed by a minor is void and its winnings are forfeited. Where possible, deposits are returned to the original payment method.

5.3 When an adult has let a minor use their account, we can also close that adult's account and decline any future registration.

5.4 If required by law, we pass details to the appropriate Canadian authorities.
