A. General rules
1.1 Every offer, free spin and Promotion at Fort McMurray Casino falls under these rules. Details shown with a specific offer also apply.

B. Who can take part
2.1 To claim any offer, players must be at least 19, live in a Canadian region that permits online casino play, and have completed our Identity Checks.
2.2 Each offer can be claimed once per person, device, household and payment method. Offers are not available to players with an active self-exclusion or cooling-off period.
C. Wagering and game contribution
3.1 Wagering is the amount you need to stake before you can withdraw bonus money. Bonus funds carry a 1x playthrough requirement, and free spin winnings carry 5x wagering.

E. Bonus abuse
5.1 The following count as abuse: opening extra accounts, sharing details to get the same offer several times, coordinated play, betting on opposing outcomes to clear wagering, and exploiting game faults.
5.2 If we detect abuse, the bonus and all winnings linked to it are cancelled, and the account may be barred from future offers. Any money you deposited remains yours.
F. Maximum conversion
6.1 You can turn free spin winnings into withdrawable cash up to C$100. Anything over C$100 is removed after wagering is complete.
G. One active bonus only
7.1 You can hold only one running bonus. A new offer can start once the current one is wagered, expires or is forfeited.
H. Stake cap with bonus money
8.1 A maximum stake per spin or hand applies while you wager bonus money. You will find this limit in your account, within the offer details.
8.2 Stakes above that cap can lead to the bonus and linked winnings being voided.
I. Expiry
9.1 The 1x playthrough on bonus funds must be completed within 7 days. Once this period ends, any remaining bonus and linked winnings are removed.
9.2 Unused free spins expire on the date shown in your account.
J. Opting in
10.1 We credit the 20 free spins when you register. All other Promotions can be claimed through the cashier or the Promotions lobby.
10.2 You can decline any offer, or forfeit one from your account before you start wagering.
K. Changes
11.1 Offers can be changed or withdrawn by us. After an offer is credited, the terms in force when you claimed it continue to apply, unless the law requires a change or we detect abuse.
