1.1 Your full name, date of birth, email address and home address.
1.2 Documents from our Identity Checks, payment and transaction records, game history, location data from geolocation checks, technical data such as your IP address and device details, and your correspondence with our support team.

C. Marketing choices
3.1 Promotional emails are sent only with your consent. To stop them whenever you wish, update your account settings, click the unsubscribe link in any promotional email, or write to us.

H. Transfers outside Canada
8.1 Some partners process or store data outside Canada. Under our contracts, they must keep it safe to a level comparable to Canadian rules. Local law in those countries may allow authorities to access the data.
